National Night Out is a nationwide campaign designed to give community members the chance to meet local law enforcement officers and help prevent crime in their neighborhoods.
There will be free food, door prizes, games, inflatables and more for families and community members to enjoy at the Fultondale celebration.
The purpose of National Night Out is to:
1. Heighten crime prevention awareness
2. Generate support for, and participation in, local anticrime programs
3. Strengthen neighborhood spirit and police-community partnerships
